Workshops that turn ideas into practice
Facilitated sessions for leadership, learning, human performance, and stakeholder alignment.
Momentum Performance Partners workshops with Phil Brown give participants a practical task: rewrite an expectation, rehearse a conversation, revise a learning activity, or agree on shared priorities. The final design follows the audience, available time, and desired output.
Choose the work participants need to do
What should a team leave with?
For a leadership lab, a rewritten expectation, practiced conversation, and one next action. For stakeholder alignment, a short list of shared priorities with owners, dependencies, and review dates. For a learning workshop, a revised activity and a way to check learning. Agree on the output before choosing the agenda.
How is a workshop tailored?
Start with a planning conversation about the audience and challenge. Select representative scenarios, clarify participation needs, and agree on the materials and follow-up. Avoid requiring participants to disclose identifiable employee concerns in a group exercise.
What happens afterward?
Plan who will reinforce the practices and how participants will review application. A follow-up discussion can examine what was used, what changed, and what barriers remain; include it explicitly in the scope.
